At first, Stacking Match looks simple. A tower packed with colorful blocks sits in front of you, and all you need to do is pick the right pieces. After a few levels, though, the challenge becomes much more interesting.
Each move requires you to select a visible block from the stack. Once chosen, the block flies into its matching colored slot below. The goal is to create groups of three identical blocks. When that happens, the set disappears, freeing up space and bringing you one step closer to clearing the puzzle.
During my first few rounds, I clicked blocks as quickly as possible. That strategy worked for a while, but later levels demanded more thought. Pulling the wrong block can fill a slot and leave important pieces buried inside the tower.
The satisfaction comes from spotting the right sequence and watching several matches clear in a row.
As new levels appear, block arrangements become more complicated and require better planning. Stacking Match combines simple controls with surprisingly engaging puzzle mechanics, making it easy to play for a few minutes or much longer while chasing the next successful clear.
