Reborder takes a familiar map and removes one important detail: the border. Each puzzle shows the combined outline of two neighboring countries, but the line separating them has disappeared. Your job is to draw it back as closely as possible to the real boundary.
The Daily Challenge gives everyone the same four puzzles each day. You might get a pair of countries with a simple-looking border, only to discover that the real line has plenty of bends and odd little turns.
After drawing your line, you submit it and see the actual border appear over your attempt. Your score looks at three things: how closely the shape follows the real boundary, whether you've placed it in the right location, and whether your line reaches properly from one side of the outer silhouette to the other.
You don't need a perfectly steady hand, either. The game has some forgiveness built in, so a slightly shaky mouse movement won't completely ruin an otherwise good attempt.
If the daily puzzle isn't enough, Practice Mode lets you slow things down and work on your geography. You can choose a continent, such as Europe or Africa, and practice drawing borders without the pressure of a daily score.
There's also Friend Challenges for comparing your map skills with someone else. Create a custom challenge, send the link, and see how closely each person can recreate the same boundaries.
Reborder is simple to understand, but the closer you try to get to the real line, the more you start noticing how unusual some international borders can be. A country outline may look obvious, yet its shared boundary can twist through mountains, rivers, and other geographic features.
Four drawings later, you might know a few borders much better than you did when you started.
